The Cowen Hamilton Secondary School Parent Portal gives parents a convenient way to stay updated on their child’s academic progress.

Through this online system, you can view term reports and download report sheets in PDF format.

The portal is designed to strengthen communication between home and school, ensuring parents are always informed and connected to their child’s education.

HOW TO SIGN IN (FOR PARENTS)

On the Parent Login page, enter the Student ID and the Password provided by the school.
Click Sign In. You’ll be taken to the Student Report page.
View the report. If Academic Year and Term selectors are shown, choose the period you want and click Continue.
To keep a copy, select Download PDF, which allows you to save a copy or print.
When finished, click Log Out, especially on shared or public devices.

SECURITY TIPS FOR PARENTS

Don’t share your login credentials.
Use your own device when possible.
If you need help with access, contact the school office.
